I discovered Ergonomic Solutions Direct March 2019 when I was suddenly told that I’d be working from home for the foreseeable future. I used to have the odd work from home day beforehand where I would just sit at the kitchen table with my laptop but it quickly became clear that would not cut it! My back was aching and I needed more space. A quick look online led me to ESD, where I found a great selection of affordable office furniture with quick lead times. The delivery and installation team phoned ahead to let me know when they would deliver my desk and chair and reassured me of the COVID-secure procedures they are following. Now ten months on from my delivery, the desk and chair are still in fantastic condition. I have had no issues with the products, but feel confident that any problems would be dealt with quickly and professionally by the team at ESD. Ref: ME MEDIUM BACK ERGONOMIC OFFICE CHAIR (ESC06-ERGONOMIC-OFFICE-CHAIR) Delivery was a little slower than anticipated but considering the chair was made to order not unreasonable. Staff handling queries before during and after ordering very prompt and extremely helpful. Website on the whole very comprehensive with a huge choice of chairs just on occasions a bit confusing trying to ascertain the difference between ‘of the shelf’ chairs and bespoke according to your individual requirements, but staff very helpful in explaining the difference. THE CHAIR!!! Amazing, truly a revelation, I never thought I would ever be able to sit again without an aching back but this has solved the problem. This is incredibly well made, no less than seven different adjustments and very, very good value. There are chairs on the market for three times the cost of this one and doubt would be any better, equally, it is in a different league to all the chairs I looked at in office multiples. It really does feel as if it’s been made for me. Anyone would find their ideal chair here. Really really pleased, thank you Guy Sterry.

I am really happy with the level of service I received from Ergonomic Solutions Direct. The first thing that impressed me about this site compared to the rest was the fact they have a section called ‘Ergo-Find’ where you answer a few questions about yourself and it gives you a suitable chair dependent on the details you’ve entered. Secondly, I paid the extra £15 for ‘Ergo-Fit-Plus’ at checkout, which was defiantly a good decision! After reading more information on this service I found out that what my £15 is spent on is having someone come to my workplace and set up my chair for me. I told them my problem with my back and they fit the chair to aid this. Needless to say, it has improved my back pain loads! I will definitely be returning to Ergonomic Solutions Direct again.
